Warranty and repair

We ensure that the products we offer meet our promises. They must be of good quality, function as expected, and comply with legal requirements.

Any warranty we provide does not reduce your statutory rights. You still retain all your legal rights, even after the warranty period has expired.

If something is wrong with the product upon delivery, you must inform us within 2 weeks. When returning the item in that case, it must be in its original packaging and in good condition.
If a problem arises later and you wish to claim warranty, the product does not need to be in its original packaging, but it should be properly packaged.

We provide a 2-year warranty on our pressure canners starting from the date of delivery. However, we are not responsible if the product does not perform a specific function you had in mind that is not described in the user manual (accessible via the QR code on the box).

The warranty does not apply if:
• You or someone else have tampered with the product.
• The product has been used abnormally or not according to our instructions (which can be found in the manual).
