Returning Your Purchase (Right of Withdrawal)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This period begins the day after you receive the product.

During this time, you must handle the product and packaging with care.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all included accessories, in its original condition and packaging.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the product.

 

You can do this using the standard form available on our website. After submitting this form, you must return the product within 5 days. You must be able to prove that you returned the item on time, for example with a shipping receipt.

If you have not informed us of your withdrawal within the specified timeframe and/or have not returned the product in time, the purchase becomes final.

 

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If you have already paid for the product and return it, we will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

​

We will only issue a refund once we have received the product or you have provided sufficient proof of return.

You cannot cancel your purchase after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

You also cannot cancel the purchase if the product has been damaged within the 14-day period after delivery.

 

We recommend recording an unboxing video as proof that any issues existed prior to use.
