When you have ordered and paid for one or more products, you will usually receive them within 3 working days.

 

After confirming your order, you will receive an email with a track & trace code so you can follow when your order will be delivered by the carrier.

We do our best to process and ship orders quickly and accurately.

We deliver to the address you provided during checkout.

If you place an order, we will ship it as soon as possible, but no later than within 15 days.

If we are unable to deliver within this time frame, we will inform you within those 15 days. In that case, you have the right to cancel the order free of charge and receive a full refund.

Until the moment of delivery to you or a person designated by you, we are responsible for any damage or loss of the products.
